UPVC Cartridge Filter Housings, UPVC Precision Filter Housings:
The UPVC precision filter exhibits strong corrosion resistance and is suitable for applications where stainless steel and carbon steel are unsuitable, such as in food and chemical industries, industrial acid and alkali solutions, cooling tower circulation filtration, and ultrafiltration membrane feed water.
The filter distributes water evenly from the center of the bottom upwards to the periphery, minimizing impact resistance on the filter cartridge. The top of the filter is equipped with a vent valve to facilitate the expulsion of air from the filter.
Maximum Operating Temperature: 45℃. The top cover features pre-drilled holes for a vent valve and pressure gauge, with threaded dimensions of G1/4. A metric pressure gauge requires a separate adapter.
The filter is equipped with a PP cotton filter cartridge positioned internally, and the top cover does not require adjustment of the cartridge(avoiding traditional installation methods). The base and top pressure plates are designed as a single unit, facilitating easy and quick installation and compression of the filter cartridge.
