Introduction and Operation Analysis of Landfill Leachate Treatment

DTRO membrane module is mainly composed of DT membrane (filter membrane), deflector, O-ring, central tie rod, shell, flanges at both ends, various seals and connecting bolts and other components. Stack the filter membrane and deflector disk together and secure with the center tie rod and end flanges. Then it is placed in a pressure-resistant casing to form a disc tube membrane module. Each component in the membrane column has a different role. The membrane is composed of two concentric annular reverse osmosis membranes, with a layer of filamentous support sandwiched between the membranes, the outer rings of the three layers of annular materials are connected, and the inner ring is open, which is the outlet for purified water. The deflector sandwiches the diaphragm, but does not directly contact the diaphragm, widening the fluid passage. There are convex points arranged in a certain way on the surface of the deflector, which can make the leachate form turbulent flow under high pressure, increase the permeation rate and self-cleaning function. The O-ring is placed in the groove of the central circular opening of the guide plate, which plays the role of supporting the diaphragm, isolating sewage and purifying water. The purified water flows along the filamentary support in the middle of the diaphragm to the periphery of the central tie rod, and is discharged through the purified water outlet.

DTRO membrane modules use the principle of reverse osmosis to separate, purify and desalt molecules in liquids. A good disc membrane can remove various organic or inorganic impurities, including heavy metals, ammonia, various organics, inorganic materials and other harmful substances. DTRO has low operating cost, and DTRO membrane module has higher recovery rate than traditional RO, not only that, but also less prone to secondary pollution and so on.

The main advantages of DTRO membrane:
1. The treatment effect does not depend on the biodegradability of the influent, the system is stable, and the effluent quality is high;
2. It does not depend on pretreatment, and the open flow channel can handle wastewater containing more colloids and suspended solids;
3. The membrane module has a short process flow, wide flow channel, and special hydraulic conditions make the liquid turbulent in the membrane column, and it is not easy to cause membrane fouling;
4. The pollution is easy to remove, especially the biological pollution removal effect is good;
5. High recovery rate, 90bar recovery rate can reach 70%;
6. Standardized membrane module configuration, flexible assembly, easy indoor and container installation, small footprint;
7. Low energy consumption and operating cost;
8. High degree of automation, easy to operate and maintain.
